Generate AI-powered messages personalized to the loved ones you describe.
Improve our product and understand how people use HeartEcho.
HeartEcho uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate messages. Text you enter into the personality builder may be sent to Anthropic's API to generate responses. We do not store your personality profiles beyond your session unless you explicitly save them.
We use Kit (ConvertKit) to manage our email list. When you sign up, your email and name are stored with Kit subject to their privacy policy.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you not to enter highly sensitive personal information into the personality builder.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may also unsubscribe from our email list at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
HeartEcho is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Messages generated by HeartEcho are created by artificial intelligence and are not statements made by real people. HeartEcho does not claim that AI-generated messages represent the actual words, beliefs, or intentions of any living or deceased individual. You use and share these messages at your own discretion.
When you enter information into HeartEcho, you grant us a limited license to use that information solely for the purpose of generating your messages. You retain ownership of everything you enter. We do not sell your personal content to third parties.
HeartEcho is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated messages will meet your expectations. The service is not a substitute for professional mental health care or grief counseling.
